Józef Richter's villa is older, it was built in 1889 according to the project of Piotr Brukalski and reverts to a typical Renaissance Italian villa. It has a more modest look and few decorations. At the garden side there are loggias and terraces, one of them is between the extents of the roof, richly decorated with mantelpieces, wainscot, relief structures, upholstery fabrics and furniture.

Here also the ground floor has a representative character while the first floor remains private. Both villas are today used by the Technical University of Łódź. Therefore, before doing a sightseeing tour of the residence it is recommended to get the host's permission.
